Vickerstock are working in partnership with a very successful transport & logistics business in County Antrim who now have an opening for a Shipping Coordinator on a full-time basis.

As the Shipping Coordinator, you will be responsible for arranging multi-modal bookings with shipping lines, overseas agents and various third-party subcontractors among other duties.

• 09:00 - 17:30
• Monday to Friday (NO WEEKENDS)

Duties will include:

• Manage import and export consignments for a wide range of customers.
• Utilise company system updating accurate information and invoicing accordingly.
• Assist in the development and implementation of systems, procedures, and processes in line with ISO accreditation.
• Ensure all relevant documentation for consignments is provided in a timely manner.

What you will need to succeed:

• One year's experience in a similar role
• Strong computer skills i.e., MS Word and Excel
• Strong knowledge of import and export air/road/sea freight movements
• Previous experience processing customs declarations would be beneficial.
