Senior Project Manager | Antrim
Our client is a locally run Design and Build company specialising in Business Workspaces. They require a Senior Project Manager to join their team onsite in Antrim (Offering a hybrid working policy). In this role you will take overall responsibility for the management of the Project Managers within the company, taking final responsibility for Project delivery, Programmes and Health & Safety.
Your new role as a Senior Project Manager
- Work cooperatively with Clients to clarify specific needs and requirements whilst keeping client and appropriate Internal Managers up to date on project status throughout process
- Manage multiple projects and sub-contractors in different regions
- Ensure all projects meet client expectations, business objectives and design guidelines
- Manage the project team including; Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, Construction Managers, Sub-contractors, suppliers and the administration team
- Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget
- Manage & attend client site meetings and presentations as required
- Have a proactive approach at managing project budgets and negotiating with suppliers
What you will need to succeed as a Senior Project Manager
- Proven experience in a Project Management position within commercial fit-out, particularly in office fit-out projects
- Understanding of construction processes, materials, and methods relevant to office fit-out
- Strong leadership and communication skills including people management
Proficient in project management software such as Procore, MS Project, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office - Thorough knowledge of safety protocols and regulations within the construction industry
- First Aid/CSR/NEBOSH/IOSH
