Senior Human Resources Generalist (€57k) (Meath)

Vickerstock is delighted to be working once again with one leading manufacturing organisations operating across 28 locations in Ireland. Due to a period of consistent growth, they are seeking a Talented Senior HR Generalist to manage the HR functions within two specific business units within the business. What will do you as a Senior HR Generalist?

As the Senior HR Generalist you will join a highly-experienced, collaborative and innovative HR team in which you will be responsible for completing the following tasks;

• Act as an Advisor to site management in all employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances and absence management.
• Partake in Recruitment and Selection processes- accompanying management in interviews, issuing job offers and completing reference checks.
• Provide support to managers in the implementation of company policies and procedures
• Assist in the creation of a new induction program to ensure each new employee is effectively onboarded into the organisation
• Developing the employee new starter program such as creation of new employee contracts, onboarding packs and partaking in inductions.
• Monitor the levels of employee absence and performance ie. leading absence review meetings

What will you require as a Senior HR Generalist?

• Obtained a third Level HR Qualification
• Previosu experience working within construction/building materials or manufacturing organisations is required
• Must have 5-6 years experience in Human Resources
• Possesses in-depth knowledge of employment law
• Preferable to have experience working within a business unit
