Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Development Manager. In this hybrid role, you will play a pivotal part in managing and overseeing the successful execution of various development projects. As a leader in the industry, you will contribute to the continued growth and success of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the entire development process, from initial concept to project completion, combining in-office and remote work.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders, to ensure seamless project delivery, with occasional travel to project sites.
• Provide strategic direction and guidance on development projects to ensure alignment with company objectives and industry standards.
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis, including on-site visits, to identify new opportunities and trends in the construction and development landscape.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively, coordinating with teams both in-office and on-site.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners, involving travel for meetings and site inspections.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards throughout the development process, with periodic site visits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven track record of at least 8 years in a senior development or project management role within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of the development lifecycle and a demonstrated ability to lead successful project teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of construction regulations, codes, and standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
