Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Contract Manager to join our team in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale construction contracts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of contract administration, from pre-award to post-completion, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
  • Manage project budgets, including cost forecasting and reporting, to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on project status, financial performance, and risk assessments.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, RICS) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in contract management within the construction industry, preferably with a top-tier contractor.
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts, excellent negotiation skills, and proficiency in contract management software.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. A keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset.
