Receptionist/Administrator
Vickerstock working with a leading employer based in Lisburn to recruit for a Receptionist/Administrator to join their team in Lisburn on a full time basis, role is permanent.
The successful candidate will provide a professional, welcoming and informative reception service for clients, staff and visitors and will be involved in coordinating the travel arrangements within the organisation.
Your new role as Receptionist/Administrator
- Coordinate and book cost effective travel accommodations for employees, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Ensure all travel arrangements follow company policies and procedures.
- Communicate with employees to gather necessary information for travel arrangements.
- Resolve travel queries and provide support and assistance to employees during their travels, including addressing any issues or changes that may arise.
- Reconcile travel expenses and maintain full records of employee travel.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in travel regulations.
- Maintain a professional front of house with a positive attitude
- Ensure daily organisation, cleanliness and safety of reception
- Control the telephone system to answer, screen and forward incoming calls
- Ensure the switchboard is covered at all the times
- Meet and greet clients and visitors, arrange refreshments
- Prepare post for collection
- Receive, open and distribute all incoming post
What you'll need to succeed as Receptionist/Administrator
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent administrative skills
- MS Office to include Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Works well under pressure and follow through on items to completion with strong decision-making skills and an ability to self-manage.
