Your new company

Our client is a Northern Irish contractor, specialising in fitout for projects across the UK.

Your role as a Quantity Surveyor

Perform take-offs

Produce bill of quantities

Manage the appointment of sub-contractors

Submit weekly financial reports

Monthly CVR reporting

Manage commercials for multiple projects

What you'll need to be successful

Previous Quantity Surveying experience

Fitout experience

Ability to manage medium to large scale projects in a commercial capacity
