Vickerstock are working in partnership with our leading FMCG client who consistently deliver fresh and premium products to their customers and due to the growing dynamic team, they are currently seeking to appoint a motivated Quality Supervisor to join them at their state-of-the-art facilities in Monaghan.

Reporting to the Technical Manager you play a key role within the Quality/Technical team, working closely with other supervisors and managers. Attention to detail for GMP compliance, product quality and record completion is absolute key for this role.

Key Duties

• Support Technical department to ensure audit ready for customer visits / department inspections.
• You will be fully involved in the preparation for, on the day audit and involved in any follow up actions required
• Liaising with all departments to ensure full compliance to standards
• Participate in ethical audits
• Training out of new procedures / monitoring compliance to existing procedures
• Point of contact to investigate and follow up on any complaints
• GMP compliance - daily as you go
• Support Technical department in conducting Traceability exercises/mock recalls
• Traceability compliance
• Monitoring and following up on all records
• Checking and addressing picked product in houses
• Support Technical department in reviewing risk assessments with relevant departments as required

You must have previous Quality Supervisor experience from FMCG industry coupled with strong product quality / GMP compliance experience.
