Vickerstock are working in partnership with a specialist fit out firm on the appointment of a Junior Buyer.

All training will be provided to develop your skills & knowledge with the goal of progressing to Senior Buyer within the Purchasing team.

In your new role:

• Assist with the sourcing and procurement of materials and services

• Assist with the processing of requisitions and purchase orders

• Ensure all materials are on site and on time

• Complete all tasks in compliance with the Company's Quality Management System

• Work diligently towards developing the skills, knowledge and expertise to progress within the department

• Ensure the purchasing IT system is maintained with accurate data to produce meaningful reports and information

• General admin duties including Running Reports, Requisition & PO processing, Invoice Query resolution

What you will need to succeed:

• A minimum of 1 year working within a purchasing department (manufacturing or construction)

• Experience in using ERP/MRP systems
