Your new role as a Project Manager

• The Project Manager will be responsible and accountable for managing construction projects and their objectives form, value for money, efficiency and effectiveness.
• Assist in the management of construction projects from inception initial briefing to completion including the preparation of feasibility studies and specifications. Preparation of project execution plans.
• Assist in the management of projects in accordance with the standard forms of contracts and other codes of best practice.
• Assist in commissioning and management of external resources when required in accordance with statutory regulations, procedures and processes with responsibility for time, cost and quality management.
  
  

What you will have for this role

• 5+ years' experience with a Main Contractor/Sub-contractor
• Ability to price and estimate project
• Ability to agree final accounts, and negotiations with sub-contractors

Salary on offer:

Between - €80k - €100k
Van + Fuel Card
