Reporting to the Site Manager you will ensure the smooth running of the manufacturing process. You will oversee and coordinate activities of staff in the factory, this includes supervising staff, delegating tasks and maintaining a smooth workflow.

We are looking for

• Background in food manufacturing setting
• Leadership and people management skills - the experience of managing teams in an FMCG manufacturing environment
• Experience in continuous improvement processes and methodology

Working hours will be evening shift rotating between Monday - Sunday (start time around 4/5pm and finish time around 1/2am).
