Vickerstock are excited to be working in partnership with our award winning FMCG client who are a leading provider of high-quality food products, dedicated to delivering excellence in taste and nutrition. Due to factory expansion we are seeking a Production Manager to join the team.

Reporting to and supporting the Head of Operations you will help achieve the delivery of the operational targets within the department, drive a lean vision and ensure the smooth and efficient running of production lines through competent and effective leadership of a team within a GMP environment.

Working hours will be Monday - Friday 40 hours per week, flexibility is required due to the nature of the role. Salary in return will be competitive depending on experience (call the office for more information on this).

Criteria

• 3+ years experience at management level within FMCG
• Ability to motivate, guide, train, coach and develop people.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and apply Lean / Continuous Improvement Techniques
