Vickerstock are excited to be working in partnership with a beverage manufacturer on the appointment of Product Development Coordinator for their site based in the North West.

Reporting to the NPD Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the execution of product (including packaging and specifications) and process development from concept to successful launch.

What you will need to succeed:

• 2 years' experience in product development OR a degree level education in Food Science AND 6 months experience working in a commercial product development/ specifications environment.
• Full IK/ROI driving licence.

Desirable Criteria (it would be great if you have these but don't worry if you don't!)

• Strong understanding of the NPD process from concept to fruition
• Previous experience of working with the major multiples and discounters in the food/drinks sector
