Packing Operative

Our Key FMCG Client are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packing Operative to join their team at their East Belfast facility. This role involves ensuring the efficient and accurate packing of their premium products, maintaining high-quality standards, and contributing to the overall success of operations.

What we have to offer:

• £23,795.20 per annum
• Discretionary Performance Bonus
• 4 days across Monday to Friday, 6am - 4.30pm (40hr week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manually pack products coming off the end of a Production line.
• Ensure all packed products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Monitor and maintain packing equipment, reporting any issues promptly.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area.

Your essential ingredients

• Previous experience in a packing or manufacturing environment
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as required.
