Vickerstock are working in partnership with a Manufacturing Company based in the Ballymena area; to assist them with the recruitment of a Maintenance and Facilities Engineer

Our client's product is supplied to customers across the UK and Ireland for over 30 years and have built a very successful business model on providing an exceptional service and product to their customers.

Key Responsibilities of a Maintenance and Facilities Engineer;

• Oversee the management and upkeep of all company facilities.
• Lead and supervise the Facilities team to ensure daily operational requirements are met, including the maintenance of certain machinery.
• Continuously review and manage site security and access protocols.
• Monitor and control budgets to ensure cost-effective operations.
• Ensure all tasks and projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.

What You'll Need to Succeed as a Maintenance and Facilities Engineer;

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• A commitment to high standards and doing the job right the first time.
