With a strong and robust pipeline of work, they are seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join their experienced team in Dungannon.

Your New Role as Quantity Surveyor
Working out of our client's Dungannon office, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass all core aspects of the Quantity Surveying function. Using commercial acumen and excellent communication skills, you will coordinate effectively with Clients, Sub-Contractors and Suppliers to ensure all information, costs, profitability and value meet the requirements of each project, from start through to final accounts. You will also have the opportunity for regional travel, including to the Midlands 1-2 times per month.

What you need to succeed

  • You will hold a Third Level Qualification in Quantity Surveying or related discipline within construction.
  • Prior experience within a QS role, preferably within a relevant industry (e.g. Civil, Water or Wastewater).
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts NEC3/NEC4 and proven estimation and negotiation skills.
  • Hold a full UK driving licence.
