HR Manager (42k)
Vickerstock is delighted to be working in partnership with an award-winning construction organisation in the recruitment of a Talented Stand-Alone HR Manager for provide HR Support to the organisation's 120 employees. This organisation prides itself on it continual investment into innovation and delivering the highest calibre of service to its extensive client portfolio including retail, hospitality and leisure establishments.
What will you receive as the HR Manager?
- £40,000-42,000 base salary dependent upon the experience

What will you do as the HR Manager ?
As the HR and Training Manager, you will work directly with the Managing Director to act as a trusted advisor on issues surrounding staff development, strategy and training. Additionally, you will have direct responsibility for creating and implementing systems for recruitment, performance management and training.
Day to day responsibilities will include;
- Manage full 360 recruitment process- devising job descriptions, posting job adverts, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, delivering feedback and delivering job offers.
- Devise and implement HR policies and procedures
- Ensure that the HR System records are kept up to date with current legislation
- Deliver inductions for all new employees
- Identifying training needs, implement and deliver training to new and existing employees
What will you require as the HR Manager?
- Minimum of 3 years experience at a similar level completing HR Generalist duties
- Experience of conducting training needs analysis, delivering and implementing training
- Experience in recruitment, HR Policy creation and utilisation of HR Systems
