HR Manager

County Monaghan

Vickerstock are currently working in partnership with a leading contracting specialist across the UK and Ireland to employee an experienced HR Manager.

The successful candidate will have the responsibility of developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and fostering a positive workplace culture to drive engagement, productivity, and retention.

Your new role as an HR Manager;

  • Oversee the implementation and optimisation of HR technology systems, ensuring they meet organisational needs.
  • Manage and lead the HR and marketing teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment between HR initiatives and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the senior management team to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages and conduct periodic reviews of employee compensation structures.
  • Create and execute HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business objectives.
  • Work closely with senior management team to analyse trends and metrics, formulating innovative solutions, programs, and policies
  • Provide day-to-day guidance and support to line management and supervisors on performance management processes, including coaching, counselling, and career development.
  • Manage and oversee the end-to-end recruitment processes, including advertising, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.

What you will need to succeed;

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience within and HR focused role
  • Proven knowledge across various HR disciplines, including compensation, employee relations, diversity, and employment law.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline.
  • SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) or CIPD qualified, or the ability to obtain certification within one year.
  • Familiar with computerised HR systems.
