HR Generalist (€40K) (Kildare)

Vickerstock is delighted to be working with one of Ireland's leading food manufacturing organisations which prides itself on providing top-quality foods products whilst prioritising food safety, pollution prevention and sourcing from local producers in the recruitment of a talented HR Generalist to join their headquarters based in Kildare.

What will you do as a HR Generalist?

You will work alongside the General Manager to provide HR Support to the organisation's 140 staff mainly composed of food manufacturing employees. Duties will include;

• Manage full end to end recruitment process- creating job descriptions, posting job adverts, shortlisting, arranging interviews, conducting first-stage interviews, delivering interview feedback, sending out job offers.
• Liaising with departmental managers to design and organise training for all new employees and existing employees ie. manual handling.
• Responsible for the onboarding process for new employees- issuing starter pack, conducting site tour and arranging training schedule with the managers.
• Completing HR administrative duties- ie. processing annual leave requests, updating employee file regarding sickness and change of details.

What do you require to become their HR Generalist?

• Minimum of one year's experience working as a HR Administrator
• Skilled in recruitment, organising training and onboarding of new employees
• Desirable to have obtained a formal HR Qualification
• Preferable to have experience in a food manufacturing organisation
