HR Coordinator (€37k) (Meath)

Vickerstock are delighted to be partnering with one of Ireland's largest contractors that specialise in providing chilling,

freezing and cooling equipment to premium wholesalers and food retailers across the country. As a result of exponential

growth, this organisation is seeking a talented and professional HR Coordinator to provide HR Support to 220

employees.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work directly with the company CEO and take ownership of the full Recruitment

Administration Process, be the first point of contact for all HR Queries and conduct Induction Training.

What will you do as a HR Coordinator?

• Responsibility for organising, delivering and reviewing induction training for all new employees
• Act as the first point of contact for all HR Queries- ie. holiday entitlement, job applications and employee relations questions.
• Utilising the HR System to input employee data, log employee absences and annual leave
• Manage the full 360 recruitment administration process and assist with interviews when required
• Esnure that all employee personeel files are kept up to date with current employment legislation and updates are completed.

What do you need to be successful in the position of HR Coordinator?

• Minimum of two years experience as a HR Coordinator
• Experience in utilising HR Systems to track employee sickness, holiday entitlement and employee details
• Skilled in Recruitment Administration
• Ability to complete induction training of new employees
