F-Gas Service/Commissioning Engineer

Salary up to £50k + Company Van.

Greater Belfast

Vickerstock ae working in partnership with our innovate and forward-thinking Renewable Energy client based in Belfast to assist them with the recruitment of an F-Gas Service/Commissioning Engineer. Our client Designs, Installs and Commissions state of the art renewable energy-based heating systems across the residential and commercial sectors.

Hours of work are 8am to 5pm Mon - Fri & 8am to 4pm on Fridays.

What will this role involve?

  • Servicing of Ground & Air Source Heat Pumps, Underfloor Heating Systems, Heat Recovery Ventilation Systems and Solar Thermal Systems.
  • Commissioning of new systems (full training will be provided).
  • Proactively organising service visits with customers and attending these visits accordingly.
  • Attending breakdowns when they occur.
  • On occasion you may also be required to install Mechanical Ventilation systems in new build houses.
  • Maintaining accurate records and sending written reports relating to service works carried out.

I'm keen to speak with candidates who meet the following criteria

  • Fully qualified F Gas Engineer.
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably within the renewable energy sector, or plumbing and heating of domestic properties.
  • Experience of Mechanical troubleshooting & diagnosing electrical issues.
  • Ability to read and interpret Engineering drawings.
  • Full UK driving license.
