Vickerstock is working in partnership with a Main Contractor to appoint an Estimator in Dublin

Your new role as Estimator

Review tender documents, drawings and specifications
Conduct take-offs of materials, labour and equipment
Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates, including labour, materials, equipment
Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits and discussions with clients and project stakeholders
Take part in bid processes

Track and monitor project costs, proactively identifying and addressing any potential issues

What you'll need to be successful as an Estimator

Previous experience with an Irish Contractor

Strong negotiation skills

Proficient with Estimation Software
