£30-40K + Bonus

Cookstown - with some international travel for commissionning / setting up projects

Our Client is a large established international heavy engineering company who has a specialist analysis department that looks at the live output and operation of their machinery across the world. This is a new division and they are looking to take on an electrical engineer or mechatronic engineer who can assist with its set up and development. This is a particularly good time to join the company and team when the department is being established and making its mark!

The role within be a very rounded project orientated position that will cross various different aspects from control panels to programming, some work will be very hands on and others will be more computer focused. Due to the fact that the role will be engaging internationally on projects, some travel to international sites will be needed at times...depending on business needs.

The company commonly uses Siemens and Allan Bradley for programming.

What is required for this Electrical Engineer / Mechatronic Engineering role:

• A degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics or relevant Electrical Engineering experience in manufacturing with experience of some programming
• Strong communication and people skills
• Excellent IT skills
• Abaility to work well as part of a team to stardards and deadlines
