Your new role as Design Manager

Assist with tender and pre-construction activities.

Work with the bid team and project planner.

Review design team fees and services.

Chair design meetings with various teams.

Produce monthly progress reports.

Manage design team workflows.

What you'll need to be successful

Construction industry experience.

Knowledge of Construction processes

Leadership skills

Experience with Viewpoint, BIM or similar
