Customer Service Advisor
We are working on behalf of a household name to recruit for a Customer Service Advisor on a permanent basis. You will be working with an established team to deliver excellent customer service to customers. Based in Greater Belfast
Your new role as a Customer Service Advisor will include:
- Providing advice to customers
- Resolving customer problems
- General customer queries - phone/email
- Answer incoming calls in a professional, timely and accurate manner.
- Deal with queries or redirect if necessary
- General administration
What you'll need to succeed as a Customer Service Advisor:
- Customer Service experience
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Excellent IT Skills - MS office
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
