Vickerstock are recruiting for an experienced Bid Writer to join our client's growing submissions team headquartered in Belfast and with a second office in Dublin. Our award-winning client are backed by decades of civil engineering experience and their projects cover multi-utilities, civil engineering, infrastructure and telecommuications. Your Role as Bid Writer
As Bid Writer, you will have a pivotal impact on driving the business forward and setting them apart from the crowd. You will be responsible for producing high-quality, compelling and credible material, which can be utilised throughout the bid process as well as for reporting and case study development. You will ensure all information is to the correct standard and compliant with bid requirements. Using excellent communication and influencing skills, you will achieve tangible results that contribute to the wider Department's success.

What you need to succeed
To succeed you will be able to evidence three or more years' experience in a similar role with the knowledge and skills to work unassisted as well as part of a team.
Experience with public tenders, Utilities environment is highly advantageous. However, a background in a Civils and/or Build will also be welcomed.
You will also have some knowledge of relevant portals (Achillies, SAP, etc.) and be able to identify, with examples, the key aspects of a winning bid.
