Darren McVicker has been actively involved in building companies, teams, and careers since 2000. He assumed the role of Founder and MD of Vickerstock in 2008, spearheading a specialist search firm operating within the Construction, Engineering, and manufacturing sectors. With over two decades of experience in the industry, Vickerstock has successfully managed more than 5,000 recruitment assignments for a variety of companies, ranging from multi-billion dollar OEM’s to niche specialist contractors across Ireland, the UK, and Europe.
Vickerstocks’ position and presence have led it to collaborate with over 500 companies across EMEA.
Over the last two decades, Darren has collaborated with current, emerging, and the next generation of leaders, bringing a unique perspective and knowledge base to executive search solutions within the construction, engineering, and manufacturing sectors.
